Rose Klix earned her cum laude Bachelor of Arts degree in English with an emphasis on Creative Writing from Dakota Wesleyan University, Mitchell, South Dakota. This allowed her to practice poetry in a prescribed setting. Over the years, she learned many forms of poetry from a variety of mentors and peers.
