Pathfinder Ant Chronicles: Rusty Mandible Book 3 Silkmaw's Return (Paperback) (ISBN-13: 9798235569294)

Rusty Mandible, Twitch, and Congo have escaped the science fair, but their journey is far from over.

With water-powered jetpacks and a tiny radar guiding them, the three ants race across human territory in hopes of returning to their colony. The path home leads them through dark yards, towering gardens, and strange new dangers. Along the way, they meet Ella the butterfly, receive help from bright fireflies Nubia and Lok, and try to avoid Manu, a hungry lizard who refuses to give up.

But Manu is not the only threat waiting in the shadows.

Willow the black widow has been watching the ants, and she soon brings back an old enemy: Silkmaw. Still angry over what happened to her brood, Silkmaw sees a chance to settle the score with Rusty, Twitch, and Congo before they can make it home.

Trapped between lizards, spiders, tunnels, water balloons, and one very unusual pizza bargain, Rusty must use everything he has learned about courage, teamwork, and clever thinking to return to his colony and earn back his place as Pathfinder.

Pathfinder Ant Chronicles: Rusty Mandible Book 3 - Silkmaw's Return is a family-friendly animal adventure about forgiveness, bravery, second chances, and finding your way home.
