Cybele Marie Cotter(1957--) was born in Long Beach, CA, and grew up on both the East and West coasts of America. She was the second-youngest of four sisters, most of whom were from Boston, MA. She began writing short stories in grade school, and by middle school wrote a vampire story influenced by the television show Dark Shadows. But she really began to find her muse in high school with short stories and poetry. Cybele earned a Master of Science in Geological Sciences degree and an Executive MBA. She resides in Northern Nevada and spends much time on Facebook.
