Personal Change Through Weight Loss: Heal Your Body and Improve Your Life (Paperback) (ISBN-13: 9798501967076)

Have you tried many times to lose weight, only to gain it all back again, and even more? Do you want you to have a beautiful figure and be your dream weight, but at the same time not have to diet and torture yourself?

Even for those who really want to lose weight and look sexy and who put in a lot of effort, it is very difficult not to break loose, especially when there are so many temptations around!

But gaining excess weight can lead to a whole series of other problems, both with health and your personal perception of the world, and, accordingly, your self-esteem.

The author of the book was very overweight, and had a whole range of diseases:

✓ Type 2 diabetes

✓ Grade three hypertension

✓ Gout

✓ Retinal detachment with the threat of complete loss of vision

✓ Arthritis and more...

The author shares his own examples and experiences, and what changes happened to him in the process of losing 70 pounds (30 kg), all at the age of 50. Along with the weight, the associated diseases, and the need to take pills by the handful began to fade, and his pain went away.

But most important are the internal changes, thanks to which the author was able to change himself and his connections with the outside world: relationships, family and business.

The book explains the reasons why the method works and how to achieve all of this without the exhausting diets and the risks of failure, and covers the issues of nutrition, activity (aerobic and anaerobic) and rest.

In addition, readers of the book are provided with a bonus - a book with recipes for losing weight, simple enough even for beginners.

If you want to permanently get rid of excess weight and diseases and improve your relationships with the outside world, then this book is for you.
