F. Wayne Mac Leod was born in Sydney Mines, Nova Scotia, Canada. He received his education at Ontario Bible College, University of Waterloo and Ontario Theological Seminary. He was ordained at Hespeler Baptist Church in Cambridge, Ontario in 1991. From 1985-1994 Wayne and his wife Diane served with the Africa Evangelical Fellowship in a ministry of church development and leadership training on the islands of Mauritius and Reunion in the Indian Ocean. Wayne is currently a full time member of Action International Ministries and is involved in a book writing and distribution ministry.
