Adrian Taylor, Jr. was born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri. Living in the inner-city, Adrian learned very quickly that he had precocious communication and leadership skills. That's a fancy way of saying he talked too much and couldn't sit still. Adrian went to Southern Illinois University - Edwardsville, where he studied Speech Communications. It was there he met his beloved wife, LaKenya, whom he married in January 2000. The newlyweds moved to Denver a year later. In October of 2003, Adrian founded Lighthouse Church International in Aurora, Colorado, with 4 people in his living room. The church quickly grew and many began attending. After 9 years, in response to taking over as Pastor of a struggling congregation, Adrian and his family relocated to Cape Girardeau, MO where they restructured the church and founded Lighthouse Breakthrough International Ministries. For 4 years, he has transformed a fledgling, hurting congregation into a healthy thriving place of victory and peace. Adrian Taylor, Jr. is an Ordained, Internationally recognized Apostle and Pastor. He is affiliated with United Christian Church of Gadsden, Alabama where he serves as the International Missions Director for Vertical Apostolic Covering - an association of independent, non-denominational churches. He has recently been appointed as the Vice-Chief Apostle of the newly formed Coalition of Interdependent Apostles based in Cape Girardeau, MO. He is also a board member of the Business Research Institute in Sikeston, MO and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Theology from Covenant Bible College and Seminary where he is currently completing his Master's Degree in Biblical Counseling. Adrian is a highly sought-after author and speaker. He is dynamic and energetic in his presentation and has a unique approach to the Bible that allows people of all walks to connect with him and clearly understand complex ideas.
