Dr. Shaikh Adil is currently serving as an Assistant Professor at Parul University, Vadodara, with over 10 years of combined academic and industrial experience in Dairy Technology. He is a recipient of several awards including the Best PhD Thesis Award, Young Scientist Award in Food Science, and multiple best paper and poster awards at national and international conferences.
