Please, Just Go Away (Paperback) (ISBN-13: 9798194889655)

Alison Banks has spent four years proving her loyalty to Rakeem Douglas, an overly jealous boyfriend who tracks her location, searches her phone, questions her clothes, and treats every man near her like a threat. His controlling behavior has drained the life out of her, but Alison still hopes the man she once loved will return.

Then she meets Dorian Ellis.

Handsome, successful, and refreshingly secure, Dorian enters Alison's life during an art-gallery opening. Their connection is instant, but Alison refuses to cross the line while she is still committed to Rakeem. Everything changes when she uncovers the sickening truth: Rakeem has been cheating with her cousin Brielle for almost a year-and Brielle has been feeding him Alison's secrets the entire time.

Alison ends the relationship and slowly opens her heart to Dorian. But Rakeem refuses to accept that she is finished with him. Flowers become threats. Apologies become surveillance. When Dorian's business is attacked and Alison realizes Rakeem has been following her, she knows changing the locks will never be enough.

To reclaim her peace, Alison creates a dangerous trap designed to expose Rakeem's lies, stalking, and manipulation. But when a controlling man loses the woman he believes belongs to him, humiliation can turn deadly.

Alison has asked him nicely.

Now she must find a way to make him please, just go away-before his obsession costs someone their life.

Please, Just Go Away is a gripping urban psychological thriller filled with forbidden attraction, family betrayal, obsessive love, emotional manipulation, stalking, suspense, and a woman determined to take her power back.
