He has always enjoyed reading good books and writing papers on various subjects. James began writing poetry in high school and, after a brief hiatus away from his passion, has been motivated in the last couple of years to begin writing again. Many of James' poems are inspired by ConnectAbility's Thousand Word Photography project. James uses his personal computer to write his poems and though he cannot use his hands to type, he adapts by manipulating a floor device with his foot to type his poetry.
