Poetic Algorithms (Paperback) (ISBN-13: 9798335575348)

In POETIC ALGORITHMS, Matthew Hayos emerges from the shadows and solidifies his surrealist style of poetry in an epic collection of his finest work. Hayos' lyrical surrealism, could also be classified as Poetic Mysticism, Poetic Shamanism, or even the adventurous Absurdist Poetry and Psychedelic Prose. Regardless, Hayos invites their reader to explore the more somatic nature of his work-Asking one's self less what it all might means and more how does the poetry make me feel?-How do the syllables sensate and vibrate when being spoken. Weaving a harmonic dance of metaphor, simile, and analogy Hayos' takes his reader on an exploration through ancient to modern human culture and civilization and the deeply rooted memetic language subconsciously operating in the base code of all human experience.

Matthew Hayos brings to his work over two decades of experience using the ancient psychoanalytical frameworks derived by age-old practitioners of Ceremonial Magick, Hermeticism, Alchemy, and other intuitively self-applied shamanics and mysticisms. Performing many independent and successful descents into the depths of his own psychology, this volume of poetry and many other of their prose contains the artistic essence of the author's explorations into the elusive and mysterious source of human creativity and imagination.
