David Haigron is Senior Lecturer in British Studies at the University of Rennes 2, France. His PhD focused on "British Party Election and Political Broadcasts", and his research explores political communication and social representations in the media. He is the editor of The English Countryside: Representations, Identities, Mutations (2017) and The UK's Political Landscape in the 21st Century: Players, Strategies, Achievements (LISA e-journal 12 (8), 2014).
