Finbar Tallon was born in Dublin. He went to sea with Irish Shipping Ltd as an apprentice deck officer and graduated as a Master Mariner. On his 30th birthday he started a new career in Project Management in Subsea engineering living in the Far East. In Singapore he had a major life changing experience when he was tasked to escort a lost soul home across the veil. The impact of this experience led him to study the complementary aspects of the Hidden side of Life and it is from this background that Port Abundance was written. Finbar lives with his wife Vanessa in his own Port Abundance in beautiful Glandore in SW Ireland. Glandore translates from the Irish as Harbour of Gold.
