President Vladimir Putin and us (Paperback) (ISBN-13: 9798327795679)

"President Vladimir Putin and us" has a new approach to President Putin. The author seeks to show a more nuanced portrait of Vladimir Putin. The book is primarily based on analyses of President Putin s speeches. In Norway, we have an expression: Tell me who your friends are and you say something about yourself. The same can be said about describing people we don t like. When we interpret a head of state, it does not happen in a vacuum. We often see The Other through the lens of our own society.
There has been a great danger of a major war in recent years. Then, it is too exclusive to regard one of the players, President Putin, as a caricature. The book is based on a model of communication that analyzes what can hinder a clearer understanding of President Putin. The book is based on knowledge of the war in Ukraine and the important speeches of Putin.
