Principles of Kinesiology 1 Workshop Manual v6.1: The Muscle Meridian Organ Relationship (Paperback) (ISBN-13: 9780987316691)

Principles of Kinesiology 1 - Workshop Manual is a practical training manual presenting the core assessment and correction methods used within modern Energy Kinesiology. Designed as a hands-on companion for students and practitioners, this manual provides a structured introduction to muscle testing, reflex systems, meridian relationships, chakra systems, and stress assessment within a functional neurological framework.

Developed by Hugo O. Tobar from over 25 years of clinical practice and teaching, this manual integrates traditional kinesiology concepts with contemporary models of stress physiology, neurophysiology, autonomic regulation, and energy medicine. The material is presented in a clinically accessible format with step-by-step procedures, muscle testing protocols, reflex charts, and integrated reference systems designed for practical application.

Topics covered include:

- Indicator Muscle Testing (IMT)
- Manual Muscle Testing (MMT)
- The Triad of Balance and stress models
- Prechecks and neurological organisation
- Acupressure Formatting
- Neuroarterial (Bennett & Goodheart) reflexes
- Neurovenous Reflexes
- Neurolymphatic (Chapman) reflexes
- Neuroemotional and spinal reflex systems
- Meridian theory and acupressure points
- The Muscle Meridian Organ Relationship (MMOR)
- The Muscle Chakra Organ Relationship (MCOR)
- Chakra systems and energy models
- Contraction and extension muscle testing
- Functional assessment of muscles, organs, meridians, and reflex systems

This edition also introduces updated theoretical models integrating circulatory and lymphatic reflex systems, including the relationship between Neuroarterial, Neurovenous, and Neurolymphatic reflexes in tissue fluid regulation.

The manual is organised as a practical workshop resource, with concise explanations, clear muscle testing procedures, and integrated reference tables designed for use during clinical training and client sessions. It is intended for kinesiology students, practitioners, bodyworkers, manual therapists, and healthcare professionals interested in the practical application of Energy Kinesiology.

Principles of Kinesiology 1 provides the foundational framework for understanding and applying the core principles of modern Neuroenergetic Kinesiology.
