David Michael Lacer, born in January of 1949, in Junction City, Kansas, lettered in wrestling in high school and played in a rock and roll band through his early years at college. After completing his BA in Social Work from Kansas State University, David went on to finish his master's degree from Wichita State University in guidance and counseling.
