Guntis Terauds (G.T.) was born in 1964 in Australia. He is a active Property Investor and Property Coach. Over 20 years ago he commenced researching the property market with the aim of creating a unique strategy based on fact and timely data. He has invested in residential real estate (family homes) for the last 10 years in different market conditions and made $1,024,350 in net profits. His formal education consisted of a Degree course at Latrobe University, Melbourne Australia in the 1980's with majors in Legal Studies and Statistics. His work experience consists over over 25 years Banking and Finance experience having worked for both large and small Lending Institutions. He is also a fully accredited Mortgage Broker having completed a Diploma in Mortgage Broking and is a member of professional bodies.
