PROPHECY: A Word in Due Season
By James Langston

"For the prophecy came not in old time by the will of man: but holy men of God spake as they were moved by the Holy Ghost." -2 Peter 1:21 (KJV)

We are living in prophetic days-days of shaking, sifting, and spiritual deception. But God is not silent. He is still speaking. And when He speaks, His words cut through confusion, expose deception, restore hope, and call His people to respond.

In PROPHECY: A Word in Due Season, author, missionary, and prophetic voice James Langston delivers a bold and sobering message for the modern Church and the world at large. Drawing deeply from Scripture, personal ministry experience, and a burden birthed in prayer, this book confronts the misuse of prophecy while calling the Church back to the biblical foundation of this sacred gift.

This is not just a book of instruction-it is a wake-up call.

• What prophecy is-and what it is not

• Why the gift of prophecy is vital for today's Church

• How to discern false prophets and deceptive words

• The difference between foretelling and forthtelling

• The cost of being a prophetic voice in a compromised culture

• Why revival and repentance must go hand in hand

• What the Spirit is saying to the Church in this final hour

• How God is raising up unlikely messengers-including you

With 12 theologically grounded and powerfully written chapters-including False Prophets and Deceptive Words, Prophecy and the Local Church, and The Final Hour Prophets-this book is both timely and timeless. Each chapter is written in a style that combines clarity and conviction, suitable for both seasoned believers and those newly exploring the voice of God.

Far from sensationalism or fear tactics, PROPHECY calls for discernment, courage, and unwavering obedience. It's a challenge to speak when God speaks, remain silent when He does not, and live a life aligned with the truth, not the trends.

• Believers hungry to hear the voice of God clearly

• Church leaders seeking biblical guidance on prophetic ministry

• Intercessors, watchmen, and emerging prophets

• Readers disillusioned by false prophecies or church politics

• Anyone willing to speak truth, stand firm, and shine light in a dark world

• Scripture-rich reflection points for personal or group study

• Reader's Reflection section: "What Is the Spirit Saying to You?"

• Final Encouragement: Speak Truth. Stand Firm. Shine Light.

• A concluding section: The Last Word Is His-reminding readers that prophecy begins and ends with God

Whether you're a pastor, prophet, teacher, or faithful believer navigating these complex times, PROPHECY will sharpen your discernment, deepen your devotion, and call you to a higher standard of truth.

Don't just read about prophecy. Become a vessel for it.
