The reasons are people didn't take care of their body well enough. With the advent of science, more knowledge of human body are available and medical treatments improve a lot. People start to live longer, but still not able to reach 120 years. Therefore, there is room for more improvement in health. * From New International Version Bible.
In the fall of 2019, I came across a health program at CCTV (Chinese Central Television), 健康之路 (A road to health) and other related programs, which help me learn more of human body and medical treatment of diseases. It also makes me decide to write this book. The purpose is to help people to understand our body more, possible diseases, and to live a healthy life, away from diseases.
For a healthy life, we should be healthy physically and mentally. Physical health can be achieved by eating, exercise, and rest properly. Mental health can be achieved by having a right attitude/ understanding of life, such as believing God, optimism, open minded, etc.
