Sanghamitra Brahma, PhD, MBA, is Head of the Amity School of Economics and Professor-in-Charge of the Amity Center for Career Development and the Centre for Industry-Academia Collaboration, Kolkata, India. She has 24 years of experience in management education and mentoring. She was formerly Associate Professor of Organisational Behaviour and Human Resource Management and Head of the Management Department at Adamas University, India. She has handled administrative roles along with academic responsibilities and delivered commendable outcomes. She has published several research papers and articles and supervises PhD scholars in the areas of organizational behavior, learning and development, HRD, organizational design, effectiveness, etc.

Rajdeep Bakshi, PhD, MBA, is a professional and academician. He was in leadership positions at academic institutions of technology and management, where he spearheaded academic quality control strategies. He has over 25 years of experience in teaching postgraduate students and in doctoral research guidance. He was formerly Dean (Business Management) at the Budge Budge Institute of Technology Kolkata, India, and a professor at several universities and colleges in India. He has authored several research-based books. He is a former member of the Human Resource Management Committee of Bengal Chamber of Commerce, West Bengal, India, and the Secretary of the Association of Indian Management School (Eastern India Chapter).
