Dr. Makarand Arvind Paithankar is an Associate Professor in Public Administration and Vice Principal of SBES College of Arts and Commerce, Aurangabad, Maharashtra, India. He is having fifteen years of undergraduate and post graduate teaching experience and has taught apart from public administration to law, management and political science students. He is having specialization in governance, community organizations, and organizational behaviour. He has undertaken major research projects funded by UGC and ICSSR. More than thirty minor research projects have been supervised by him.
