Puture(tm): The Axis of Possibilities: A New Way of Seeing for Coaches, Leaders, and the People They Serve (Paperback) (ISBN-13: 9798253199619)

What if the most important thing about the person in front of you is something you have not yet learned to see?

Every person navigates three invisible forces at once: where they are in time, what is driving them forward or holding them still, and the distance between who they are and who they show. Most conversations touch only the surface. Most coaching and leadership models read only one dimension at a time.

PUTURE(TM), a word coined by Jedidiah Alex Koh, names the field of possibility that opens when we stop projecting a single future and start sensing the full landscape of what might be. Built on this foundation, the P-Axis of Possibilities(TM) is a three-dimensional framework that transforms how coaches listen, how leaders navigate complexity, and how anyone who holds space for another person's growth learns to see what they have been missing.

The P-Axis reads three dimensions simultaneously: temporal orientation (past, present, PUTURE), motivational direction (protection and pursuit), and identity expression (personhood and persona). At the centre stands the person, whole, complex, and worthy of being seen in three dimensions rather than reduced to a presenting issue.

Inside this book:

A complete perceptual framework with three axes, a centre, and a decision layer that reads the full dimensionality of human experience

The Prism Coaching Method(TM) five movements for navigating any conversation with depth, plus the Propitious Moment(TM), the timing intelligence that separates competent practice from masterful practice

The P-Lexicon(TM) a 50-word precision vocabulary that sharpens what you hear and enriches what you see

An annotated coaching transcript showing the method in live conversation with a real client

Self-assessment tools with 1-10 rating scales for reading your own P-Axis position weekly

A listening and question bank organised by axis, with specific guidance on what to listen for when the client responds

Application guides for coaching, leadership, mentoring, facilitation, and education

Cultural calibration references for seven Asia-Pacific contexts (Japan, Taiwan, Singapore, Korea, Malaysia, Thailand, Australia/New Zealand)

ICF Core Competency mapping and LEAD(TM) integration

Developed across sixteen years of coaching in Singapore, Taiwan, Japan, South Korea, and the broader Asia-Pacific, grounded in Regulatory Focus Theory, constructive developmental psychology, Possible Selves Theory, and complexity science, and brought to life through composite stories from real coaching conversations, PUTURE is the book that changes what you hear and who you see.

For coaches, leaders, mentors, facilitators, and anyone who believes the person in front of them deserves to be seen in three dimensions.

'We do not coach problems. We coach people. And people are three-dimensional.'
