Public policy makers, leadership figures, and those who purport to serve will no longer find refuge behind mounds of political rhetoric or mountains of in-effective verbosity. By setting forth doable and workable solutions in a format easily comprehensible by the general population, The Think Tank shall make it impossible to say that there was no solution. Mark Carven Olds has recently developed the "SupportUpliftRestoreEnrich" (S.U.R.E.) Curriculum for individual, congregational, or community enlightenment. The S.U.R.E.
