Remembering Eli: A Mothers Guide to Grief (Hardcover) (ISBN-13: 9781068302701)

Losing a child is the most painful and devastating experience anyone can go through, in this guide I talk about my honest feelings and how I grew through baby loss. It's raw and emotional, but it is also real life and very honest. Baby loss continues to be a taboo subject and a very lonely time for those who do not understand the pain and grief parents go through.

This book has a number of different tips and journal entries to get through baby loss and although it won't heal a broken heart, I hope that describing my journey could help offer peace and hope and make the reader feel less alone and scared when the world is such a scary place.

I hope it will help you to understand and be able to express your feelings, to have hope, and to grow whilst honouring your children and remembering them. Most importantly to understand that your babies matter and although you can't see them beside you, they really are always with you.
