Paula Mary De Angelis grew up in Tarrytown, New York, and moved to Norway in 1989. She received her PhD from the University of Oslo and works in academia as a researcher and consultant. Her first collection of poetry--Parables and Voices--was published in 2010, and her book about passive-aggressive bosses--Blindsided: Recognizing and Dealing with Passive-Aggressive Leadership in the Workplace--was published in 2011. She is currently working on a science fiction novel.
