xArvind K. Birdie, PhD, has more than 18 years of experience in higher education. Presently she is a Associate Professor, School of Humanities, Scoial Sciences and Education, G. D Goenka University, Sohna, Gurgaon, India. She was formerly Assistant Director of International Affairs at Amity University, Gurgaon. In addition to academic teaching and training, Dr. Birdie organizes management development programs for corporations and academicians. She is a regular presenter at international and national conferences, and she has published papers in refereed journals. Dr. Birdie has been honored with the Prof. Mrs. Manju Thakur Memorial Award 2016 for Innovative Contributions in Research/Test Construction/Book Publication for her book Organizational Behavior and Virtual Work: Concepts and Analytical Approaches, presented by the Indian Academy of Applied Psychology.
Ruchi Joshi, PhD, is presently working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychology and Manipal Univeristy, Jaipur, India. She has rich experience of over a decade in teaching, research, and counseling in different organizations and has been associated with reputed organizations such as Mohan Lal Sukhadia University Udaipur, India, and Amity University Rajasthan, India.
