Kelly is a self-taught artist who's been writing and illustrating children's books since 2000. However, she has been the ultimate procrastinator with publishing any books, and was finally inspired (coerced) to publish something ("anything mom!") when her 4 year old daughter, Bianca and 6 year old son, Trevor challenged her to do it. A SF Bay Area native, Kelly and her family moved to Southern California in 2012.
