The book is dedicated to the research of Dipl.-Chem. Dr. rer. nat. Gerhard Steidl, who worked on the development of ozonides for over 30 years. Dr. Steidl worked at the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg, particularly in the area of "Instrumental Analytics and Biochemistry", from 1975 to 2005. In 1992 he succeeded in developing the synthesis of active oxygen from natural fats and plant oils (ozonides) in eukaryotic cells . The clinical effectiveness of these ozonides in serious and rare diseases such as cancer and MS has been proven.
