Robin and Daisy Play in the Spring (Hardcover) (ISBN-13: 9781038338693)

The stove light shining on stars
The linoleum dance floor
Singing into a wooden spoon
An audience of bubbling cauldrons
Epic moves too great for public eyes

A celebration of simple pleasures and the everyday, Robin and Daisy Play in the Spring is also, at times, a love song and a reverent hymn to nature. Its 170 poems and five short stories invite contemplation, insight, and often a smile.

Tadros's down-to-earth writing inspires readers to reach for the stars and find joy and insight along the way.

Sausage and eggs Saturday
Walk the dog
Steak and beer
Watch hockey in my favorite chair
Light a fire
Witty banter
Pick guitar
...

A long shot is the most fun shot
The moon and stars are what I've caught

On the mantle they sit as trophies
No favorites, I boast all of these

A million long shots to land one
The brightest is always the most fun
