Rose (Paperback) (ISBN-13: 9781544240848)

Pursued. Attacked. Rescued.

Rose is pursued while applying for jobs at the church. A sweet young pastor asks her for dates, but her abusive ex-boyfriend always interrupts. Even though she has ended the relationship with him, he continues to try to get her alone and resorts to violence.

Even though she is in therapy, re-established a relationship with her father, and has returned to her Planted bible study, Rose feels she has lost too much. Her ex-boyfriend tells people she's his fiancée and beats the young pastor who comes to her defence. How can she get a new job when someone is threatening her? Will she ever get past the abuse? How much does God care?

Rose is the last book in the Christian Cozy Mystery series, Planted Flowers. Each woman needs to develop a deeper relationship with God, and they hope to build a network of support within the group. The trials and dangers they experience bring them closer to each other and to God, opening them up to the men in their lives.
