Rumors and Ramen: A B-Block Romance (Paperback) (ISBN-13: 9798181257559)

Tyron has been in B-Block since he was eighteen - framed for a murder he didn't commit, haunted by the boy who died in the back of a squad car while Tyron's hands were cuffed. His only anchor is the pain of twisting his old handcuff scars. He has stopped hoping for parole.

Devon was a honor student who sold drugs to pay for his mother's hospice care. Now he's serving six years in a cage, and the only thing keeping him sane is the folded page corners of every book he finishes - a contract with his dead mother that he will complete what he starts.

Tyron leaves an orange on Devon's ledge. Devon writes Why? on a strip of brown paper and tucks it inside The Odyssey. Tyron writes back: Because everyone deserves one good thing.

Then a corrupt guard gets a photo of them together. He threatens to destroy Tyron's parole. And Devon must decide whether to run or stay - for the first time in his life.
