DEBORAH ANNE PALMIERI is President of the Russian-American Chamber of Commerce and Adjunct Professor at the University of Denver. She is the recipient of over 12 major academic honors including MacArthur Scholar Fellow, Duke University, and Columbia Presidential Fellow. Dr. Palmieri has served as Vice President of Demographic Research Company in Los Angeles, and Assistant Dean of The Graduate School at the University of Southern California.
