Salvage (Paperback) (ISBN-13: 9781793855459)

Salvage.
In the far future, a beaten and regressed humanity clings to existence in the barren outer reaches of a dual star system, centuries after a powerfully elusive digital pathogen laid waste to the habitable inner worlds.

As the two systems approach a rare convergence, a small crew of paramilitary salvagers are dispatched for the first time in generations. Their mission is to expand the boundaries of human rediscovery, and search the silent colonies for any way to bring real life back to human space. The crew must fight to stay alive, and hold to their bond of common hope as they probe the ancient and terrifying spaces at the edge of human recollection.

History has a way of repeating, and the crew soon learn that some worlds are better left forgotten.
