Saoirse (Paperback) (ISBN-13: 9781971084275)

Saoirse is L.F. Certified--one of three Florespark P.I.s licensed to use lethal force on contract. Her first solo issue picks up the second she pulls the trigger in the RippaZine, and ends with the case that's been in her bones since she was seven years old. From the founder of Rippaverse Publishing.

Saoirse walks out of Mondo Machin's party with a downed henchwoman behind her and a gun in her hand. The job was a forty-eight-hour reconnaissance contract for Reggie Parlay. The information she came back with isn't what Parlay wanted to hear: Mondo isn't expanding into Reggie's territory for the corners. He's expanding for the school district. He wants the children. And when Reggie tries to keep Saoirse on payroll by force, she takes the door the long way out--and the first new case she's worked in years that she actually cares about.

A grounded, hardboiled detective book with a femme fatale lead--a story that connects to a Florespark child-grooming case from two decades ago and the seven-year-old girl who was watching when her best friend was taken.

From Rippaverse founder Eric July, creator and writer of Saoirse, with art by Caanan White (USA, Uber--10 pages) and Toluwalase Samuel (Nigeria, @pitch_comicart, primary artist). Colors by Marcos Martins.
