Peng Li, senior engineer, graduated from Tsinghua University, is currently the general manager of the aerospace technology application and international business department of ISSE. He is the deputy director designer of the Beidou satellite payload. He has been engaged in the research of navigation system demonstration, application, navigation system ground validation, and navigation satellite payload design for over ten years. He was awarded the second prize of Science and Technology Progress of the Army, and authorized 5 invention patents. Yansong Meng, researcher follow, graduated from CAST-Xi'an. He is currently a member of the Science and Technology Committeeand director of the Navigation CAST-Xi'an. He is the assistant chief designer of Beidou satellite and technical director of the Inter-satellite link system. He has been engaged in the research of satellite navigation and inter-satellite link technology for over ten years. He has published more than 10 papers indexed by SCI and EI and authorized 13 invention patents.
