Ranjna Sirohi is currently working as Assistant Professor in the School of Health Sciences and Technology, University of Petroleum and Energy Studies, Dehradun, India. Her major research interests are in Bioprocess Technology - Food & Food Waste Valorisation - Waste to Wealth - Biofuels.

Carlos Ricardo Soccol is the research group leader of Department of Bioprocesses Engineering and Biotechnology (DEBB) at UFPR. Professor Soccol has experience in bioprocesses/biological engineering, industrial biotechnology, green fuels technology, applied microbiology and fermentation technology.
