Selena (a) ThiruniraiSelvy

In the attempts to unify the world, and to achieve global citizenship, the value of anything ethnic is being reduced to a mere commodity. Ancient texts are viewed as mythology and have become bedtime stories. One Tamil text that has long been available in plain sight in the garb of a rule book or a book about Tamil Lifestyle is rediscovered by Selena, a young girl who grows up without the slightest attachment for her mother tongue, so much that she detests her name Thiruniraiselvy, decodes the Thirukkural and realises the truth about how advanced her civilization was. Does she successfully let the world know? Will she be able to? Embark on this journey with Thiruniraiselvy.
