God is the greatest author of all and in the first chapter of Genesis, we find His thesis sentence. We read that the heavens and the earth were created in six days and on the seventh day God rested. When we examine these days with the aid of the Spirit of God, we find they are an outline or pattern of the remaining portion of the Bible. God's purpose in the seventh day is to rest in the fact His creation is fulfilling His will in the earth, that He may be all and in all.
