Sex, Herbs, Health & Soul: Underground San Francisco in the 1980's and the origins of organic molecular medical research activism that lets us Thrive! (Paperback) (ISBN-13: 9781494741082)

This is the riskiest, most honest, vulnerable, and controversial book of the new year. It is also the bravest memoir ever written and published. To accurately describe the range and degree of changes in behavior modification that were necessary to face the crisis of "the plague of the century or millennium" was such a difficult and self-deprecating process, all to bring the origins of what is the most remarkable, intelligent, practical health upgrade program imaginable has been a fascinating journey. The "hidden" and suppressed realities of the horrors that were the 1980's in San Francisco and all over the world goes far beyond the media and medical sensationalism of how diligently the world responded to the global crisis. This expose goes deep inside the world of the "party-animals" that the rest of the world was fixated on. Each survivor had to shift gears on multiple levels to focus on their health and successfully went through changes quickstyle. Yes, we did the work required in order to save our own asses as we witnessed thousands of us dying in the streets and in dark areas tucked away from sight. This group of intelligent, proactive, dynamic and creative people became research assistants to help compile data from around the world to enable Rick Payne-BeLow to design an astonishingly-effective and easy to do program to rebuild, rejuvenate and safeguard their health. We did such a good job, it quickly became obvious that this is a universal health upgrade protocol that serves not only those with health challenges, but benefits ALL People, Everywhere. You will learn how to better care for your own wellbeing. Enjoy your transformations!
