Deb Dutcher, Health Coach and Corporate Wellness Consultant, tackles the Big Three -- Divorce, Depression and Denial -- and shows those of us over 50 that is not too late to take back our health and happiness. After 20-plus years in a stressful high-tech career, she lost it all -- a 30-year marriage, a son, her health, home and lifestyle. She felt depleted and lost, even coming close to suicide. Little by little, she found the secrets to turning it around. At 63, she is in the best shape of her life! In this book, she will take you through a journey down the "Mad-Body Mountain", back to Sexy, Lean and Strong Valley. She certified as an Integrative Health Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, learning how to dig deep into the real causes of health problems, past just counting calories or spending hours in the gym. She teaches about a new concept, "Mad-Body Syndrome" a term she has coined to help her clients understand why they are on their own "Mad-Body Mountain". Deb identifies the three stages of the Mad-Body, and what it takes to get off the mountain. Learn all the tools and tips she applies with her own clients to get them back to "Sexy, Lean and Strong Valley". Find out what is keeping your body mad and the weight hanging on, and how to take it off, permanently and safely!

Deb Dutcher spent 20 years in a stressful high-tech career. She lost everything -- a thirty-year marriage, son, home, livelihood and her health. She turned it all around and, at age 62, flaunts a toned body in a bikini on the beaches of Hawaii. A Certified Integrative Health Coach, "Sexy, Lean and Strong after 50!" is Deb's first book, written after her own experience rising up from despair and depression to embracing a healthy lifestyle through nutrition, exercise and self-care. Deb's mission is to inspire other high-powered individuals, ignoring their bodies or taking them for granted, to stop and recognize they need to make changes, make themselves and their health a priority and get off "Mad-Body Mountain". Deb is a featured expert writer for e-magazine, "Wealthy Woman", where she writes on healthy aging. Deb provides Corporate Wellness Consulting services and individual health coaching through her company, Energy Unlimited Coach, based in Brentwood, California.
