As former Chairman of the Business Department at Villa Maria College in Buffalo, N.Y., Mr. Dean is a nationally recognized Human Resources and Career Management consultant. Mr. Dean has over 25 years experience in helping develop people and career search. He has conducted workshops and seminars throughout the United States and Europe. In addition to Career Management, his background includes senior management positions in the chemical, oil, automotive, financial services and uniform sales/rental industries. He has conducted programs for such firms as General Electric, Gulf Oil, Occidental Petroleum, Arco, Arkansas Power & Light, AT&T, Sovern Bank, Holly Carburetors, Virginia Power and Chevron, etc. He also has provided assistance for a number of non-profit organizations. A deans list B.S. degree from Canisius College in Buffalo was followed by an M.A. in Business from SUNY's Empire State College. Mr. Dean has taught business subjects professionally and served as Treasurer and Board Member of the Buffalo Chapter of the American Institute of Banking, as well as Vice President for the Niagara Frontier Industry Education Council. In the past he has served on former Delaware Governor Tom Carper's HIRE Education Committee, established to smooth the transition from school to work. Mr. Dean has written and published extensively.
