Lynn Parrish Sutton writes children's books and nature poetry. Jake Tebbit trained as a graphic designer and has an MA in Children's Book Illustration. Living and working in a farmhouse on a hilly farm in England, Jake knows and loves sheep and other farm animals, which led him to write and illustrate Woolly the Wide Awake Sheep, a humorous counting book. He also illustrated Pirates in the Library, published by Star Bright Books. Giggles and laughter are the distinitive qualities that readers always find in his work, and Shape Families is a prime example. Jake enjoys singing, playing traditional British folk music, and he travels when he can.
