Kara Troglin is a yoga teacher and writer originally from Fort Worth, Texas. She received her B.A. in creative writing from the University of Arkansas, where she also spent time studying plant biology. She is a lover of nature and traveling the world. Her biggest passion in life is sharing healing and compassion with all of humanity through yoga, writing, and genuine smiles. She currently resides in her favorite seaside town, Seward, Alaska.
