Short Fat Wisdom: The Wit And Perspective Of A Former Short Fat Kid From South Philly (Paperback) (ISBN-13: 9781440408045)

Everybody sees things differently. Short folks see things from a different angle than non-short folks. Fat folks experience life much differently from non-fat folks. Kids see things that almost everyone else misses. Short Fat Kids - now there is an untapped resource that borders on being a national treasure. They experience things that everyone else experiences but in a most unique way. Learn why this author, a former short fat kid from South Philly, believes: "The leaders of our country should be people who grew up in tough neighborhoods." Why you should: "Beware the words Committee, Coalition and Consortium." Why: "Sometimes a most inappropriate word is the only one that fits." Why: "A hospital is no place to be if you're sick." And forty-three other stories that provide a humorous slant on some of the trials and tribulations we all face. This book is meant to entertain, inspire and provoke thought and laughter in readers.
