In a fierce sea battle, both the pirate and the captain lose their ships, and are marooned with only a few men on opposite sides of an island ruled by the monstrous lizard-man Kalakuta. Captain Oz, as he is known to his men, must find the "Noxious" pirate Knox to free his love, but the journey is rife with dangers both deadly and arousing, and the horrific monster pursues them relentlessly, killing the crew off one by one.
