Sister So & So (Paperback) (ISBN-13: 9781970083200)

Sister So & So is the seventh and final book in the Cemetery Sitting series set in Seattle.

Breanna Wilkens, after growing up in solitude on a farm her entire childhood, is dropped off at a convent in Seattle. Not used to this type of lifestyle, she immediately finds herself thrown into life-threatening perils. She is forced to navigate the ways of the ever-evolving streets and find her place in this new life.

The return of characters, such as Detective Jeffery Muncer and Special Agent Fred Ford, is vital to this novel. Both of whom are still trying to stay one step ahead of the crime on the street. Naomi, who is still at Harborview ER, unexpectedly takes a leave of absence. Meanwhile, August Island Rike takes on a new employee.

The cartel's links to drug rings and fake gems are uncovered, with several returning characters from Mr. Elliott, book six-including Sedgewick, Bob Pretender, Emerald Staton, Tatiana, and Lev Karpov. Cemetery Sitting series figures like Daria, Vira, Carl, Ha Joon, and Little Mel return to matters of life and death. This story explores the challenges of informants under Detective Conelly and the criminal activity surrounding Toppler Tower.

Each person's actions show us how one sudden decision can lock you up, take you out, or set you free. Where we are located and in the manner we respond can affect our fate. Our initial intentions do not guarantee that the plan of committing a crime will not turn you into a victim instantaneously. It also should make each of us more aware of our choices and the unexpected events that occur.
