Stories of supernatural beings have left a profound impact on all those who have heard them. Vampires, werewolves, sorcerers, witches and the undead exist. The year is 1944, and for U.S. Army Ranger Corporal Christopher MacAvoy life as he knows it will change after the D-Day invasion of Normandy, France. He will face trials and tribulations, find out the truth about vampires and realize that they are not all evil the way Hollywood and literature has portrayed them. Professor Killian Wiseman will take Christopher to the Supernatural League of Intelligence and Defense. There Christopher will meet Kimberly Travers, a sorceress, Murtagh MacTavish, a werewolf, Viktor Guntherson, a draugr undead and Sarah, a vampire and commander of the field team. Their primary mission for the time being is eliminating a faction of vampires responsible for turnings and murders in western Europe. Their leader Alistair Cragan is the most vile of beings.
