Javier Matanza, PhD, is a Research Professional with the Institute for Research in Technology, and a Lecturer with the Comillas Pontifical University, Spain. He received his PhD in 2013 from the same university.
Ramon Ferr俍, PhD, is an Associate Professor at the Universitat Polit鐵nica de Catalunya (UPC), from which he received his PhD in 2000. He has authored two books and 130+ publications in peer-reviewed journals and conferences on topics related to wireless communications.
