So I was thinking....about FLUENCY! (Paperback) (ISBN-13: 9781519739919)

Fluency is often forgotten but essential component to overall reading comprehension-even in middle school. The problem is there are only a handful of fluency passages written for this age. UNTIL NOW! These fifteen passages, which include a line by line word count are perfect for the reluctant and well, gross middle schooler reader. Focusing on topics such as cheese, stinky feet, and bad dancing these short passages are perfect for practicing fluency. Each leveled passage, written with advanced vocabulary, also includes space to calculate an accuracy score, fluency rate and prosody notes. By the way, if you love these passages, check out my first book Have you ever...practiced fluency for even grosser and weirder passages, available on Amazon and Teachers Pay Teachers.
