Born on the island of St. Vincent and the Grenadines in the Caribbean, the author is a young man who has seen the evolution in his literary craft from his post-pubescent years. Prior to this work he has printed two collections of poetry since 1998,"Flight of the Beloved" in memoriam of Jessica Dubroff whose attempt to fly cross-country America ended in tragedy. The Children in the Attic came in 2003 with an epic poem that sounded a voice for the abused and marginalised children around the world. During his times in high school, his favorite subjects were English, French and History. He now teaches French and has taught at primary, secondary and tertiary institutions. The author seeks to quench his thirst for writing by pursuing novels, books and lyrical compositions. And where it sometimes seems that they have usurped the place of poetry in his life, this literary craft will always remain his first love.
