Chris is also a founder and former Executive Director of Parent Power Chicago, an organization dedicated to helping parents help their children by connecting them to meaningful resources, relationships and information. In his role at PPC Chris establish the Summer Program Fair where parents from across the city can access summer programing for their students and the Chicago School Fair, a first of it's kind event featuring ALL of Chicago's school options regardless of governance model (traditional public, charter, catholic and independent). Chris has a Bachelors Degree in Civic and Political Engagement from Northeastern Illinois University. He has committed his life to seeing lives and communities transformed by the Gospel of Jesus and organized approached to solving problems together. Chris lives in the Kenwood community with his wife, Aziza and their three children.
